I loved reading this story. History is more colourful than fiction!! Since we spent our summers in the area, I could relate perfectly. Did one of the Levine's have a bakery and deliver freshly baked treats daily in a truck to the beach where we swam every afternoon? I remember delicious jelly donuts.
